Refund policy
At Little Hands and Nature, we work hard to ensure our products are of the highest quality and safe for the little ones. Our products are handmade and assemble, sometimes mistakes happen and we gladly accept returns when the item is faulty. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Here is a bit of information about returning purchases:
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Holiday-themed Potion Kits are not eligible for return, as these items cannot be resold once the holiday has passed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@littlehandsandnature.com. If your return is accepted, you can go ahead and proceed with the return of your item and send us the tracking information. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Orders placed through Meta will have an extra charge for shipping return label.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges and Refunds
We do not provide refunds. Faulty items will be replaced at no extra charge to you OR we will provide you with store credit equal to the original purchase price.
